This painting has such a calming presence that just kind of pulls you in. Blue, for me, feels peaceful, steady and protective. There is a hint of cool pink interspersed, which adds a gentleness to the piece. It is my sincere hope that this painting permeates the space where it lives with a sense of being enveloped in peace.
